Airline Instructions

Open Live Roster, then select View... Source.
Copy and paste this source code in to the box above.


Go to AIMS
Select 'Schedule Detailed format'
Select the start date and duration you require (usually 1st of the month for 31 days)
Click once somewhere on the roster itself (if part of it gets highlighted and goes blue, click somewhere else on the roster)
Right click and select 'View Frame Source' / 'View Source'
A new window with some code should pop up
Press 'Ctrl' and 'A' to highlight whole source code
Press 'Ctrl' and 'C' to copy it.
Paste the source code into the box above.

View your final rosters statement, and then copy and paste the text into the box below

Open the PDF file that shows your roster, select all the text using Edit...Select All... and then paste your roster into Box A below.

Highlight everything from "Date Duty Dep Begin End Arr" down to the last line of flights, and copy and paste.
